JAY OSBORN aka O-Scorp. He is grandson of Norman Osborn; his father Harry Osborn is kept in mental home. Harry was one of the virtuous people who wanted to stop illegal and confidential experiments in Oscorp also he was buddy with Peter and Gwen.

Norman Osborn did not like his son’s attempt to stop ‘PROJECT: S.P.I.D.E.R. and sabotaged his own son and made him seem as if he was gone mad when Jay was only 1. Norman Osborn sent his grandson to Norway with his mother. He grew up as a punk kid in Norway. In his 15, he ended up living in japan as an estray after he leaved his home without notice. Her mother has been back to Osborn mansion with great anger against Norman because he ripped apart her family.
